No taste, a nice crunch & very versatile!,

I have been dieting for sometime now! My biggest issue was over indulging or not eating enough. I was lacking nutrition along with overeating which is never good! I went to my doctor & she put me on Adipex which was supposed to curve my hunger. But I found myself not hungry all day but starving by nights end. So I stopped taking them & decided to find something that could fill me up without making me gain a ton of weight.
I was given the opportunity to review these Peru Chia Seeds at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest & unbiased review. I was excited because I have heard some pretty good things about Chia Seeds. When they arrived I was hesitant because the seeds looked like dirt. I didn't touch them till the next day because they didn't look very appetizing. I began adding a tablespoon onto my daily foods. For breakfast I would put a tablespoon on my eggs, then for supper I would put a tablespoon on my mashed potatoes or noodles etc. My first bite I was so nervous but I actually loved the slight crunch & I love that they have no taste. Meaning there going to be very versatile. After breakfast I personally felt great because I knew I had all my nutrients/vitamins & minerals along with Omega 3 & Protein. When supper came I put a tablespoon on my mashed potatoes mixed it up. I got halfway through my plate & was stuffed. Now I knew chia seeds are a great filler but I didn't expect to have no appetite so soon. But I went with it. I had no urges to snack at night like I usually do which was amazing to say the least. I am one of those people who love their chips at night, ice cream etc. And I had no urge! I repeated the next day but this time I decided to add the chia seeds to my salsa at lunch time. I love my salsa & chips! I couldn't even tell they were in my salsa probably because of the crunch from the tortilla chips. Any who I continued twice daily for the past week adding a tablespoon of chia seeds to my food. And I have noticed I feel fuller & less hungry. I can honestly say I haven't over indulged since I began eating the Chia Seeds. I am very pleased with that because that was my biggest problem & the biggest reason I wasn't losing weight!
I love the fact that these Chia Seeds are packed with everything our bodies need. Such as antioxidants, Omega 3, Protein, Fiber, Calcium, Potassium etc. And its inexpensive! This bag will last me at least a month maybe even 2. Now I eat half of what I used to eat & no longer snack at night & I have lost 6lbs already. I weighed 278lbs I now weigh 272lbs. Now I just need to increase my exercise & I will be able to achieve my goal for 2016. I am so very anxious to see how much weight I lose at the end of this week. I know some of you will wonder how can a seed make you full. When eating Chia Seeds you will notice one or 2 left behind in your teeth or under your tongue. And you will notice that the seed has a geletin like bubble around it. Kinda like an air bubble filled with water then you will see the seed. I don't know why they form this geletin around them but by them forming this they sit in your belly & it takes a while for you to digest which in return curves your hunger & makes you feel full.
I am so thankfully I had the opportunity to review these Chia Seeds in exchange for my honest & unbiased review. If I wasn't given this opportunity I probably would have never tried Chia Seeds & I would still be over indulging & gaining instead of losing the weight. I definitely recommend these Chia Seeds to anyone in the market looking to purchase them.
